Energy Healing - 30 minutes
In our 30-minute energy healing session, we'll start with a discussion to address any questions or concerns you may have. I'll tailor the session to focus more attention on any specific issues you'd like to target. My goal is to provide a small release of energy that is no longer serving you while cleansing and adjusting your aura for overall balance and well-being. After the session, we'll have time to further discuss your experience and any insights that arise.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique used to promote physical well-being, as well as for stress reduction and relaxation. The word ‘Reiki’ consists of two Japanese components: ‘Rei’, meaning ‘Higher Power’, and ‘Ki’, meaning ‘life force energy’. Therefore, ‘Reiki’ translates to ‘Spiritually guided life force energy’.
What does it feel like?
Every person's journey with Reiki is unique, and each session brings its own special moments. Usually, Reiki brings about a wonderfully relaxing feeling. You might notice warm tingles or a gentle flow of energy through your body. Even if you don't feel anything specific, the end result is usually a deep and peaceful state of relaxation.
Will it hurt?
No. Reiki is very peaceful and relaxing. You may experience an emotional release that may temporarily bring discomfort to the surface - which is then released.
What/how will I feel afterward?
How you feel after a session will vary based on your current circumstances. More often than not you will feel very relaxed after a session. After a heavy release you may experience fatigue. I encourage each individual to treat a Reiki session as they would a physical massage. Listen to your body, hydrate, and indulge in self care.
