Here for your hair, your energy, and everything in between. I've been behind the chair for almost 20 years, but what I offer now goes much deeper than a good color or cut.
As far back as I can remember, I've always felt things differently. More intensely. Someone could walk into a room and I could feel the shift. I could feel what they were carrying. I didn't realize it wasn't something everyone experienced. I just thought that's how everyone functioned.
As I moved through the industry, I quickly learned that's not how everyone works. It was a gift.
Being raised by the strongest woman I know, I saw how easy it was for us to forget about ourselves. And how underrated self-care really is. I've learned that caring for ourselves is more than just a routine. It's a practice of returning to who we are. That belief is woven into everything I do.
When I began working independently, something shifted. My clients no longer sat quietly while they processed. We talked. Through those conversations I started noticing things I couldn't explain, and I was guided to share them. What I shared resonated.
When I was given the gift of extra time in 2020, I found my people. Others who felt the energy and knew what to do with it. That's when I experienced Reiki for the first time. Something I'd been drawn to for years but never had the space to explore.
I became certified and it was like turning on a faucet that couldn't be turned off. If whoever I was with was carrying something that needed attention, I couldn't ignore it. It felt like a magnetic pull toward helping people with what's underneath. Much deeper than what's on the outside.
Through that, my practice was built. All of it, for you.

I'm also just a person…Outside of my studio, I'm an auntie, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. I love being outside. Being near the water is my preferred way to recharge, but camping in the woods in the fall is a great reset too. Being involved with my nieces means making sure they learn the important things, like how to shop and how to order at Starbucks. That's the kind of energy I bring into my work too. Real, grounded, and never too serious to be human.
